Negative Draft Analysis
Analyze the negative draft angle of a part with reference to the draw direction.
- Open or create a model.

Right-click the part you'd like to analyze and select Geometric
Analysis > Negative Draft.
The draft angle is shown with respect to the draw direction, where each color represents a range of angles.
Note: Coloring on the part indicates there is no negative draft along the draw direction.Tip: To add a callout, select the Callouts button
in the guide panel and click an
edge. To remove a callout, right-click the callout and select
Delete.
- Right-click the part and deselect Geometric Analysis > Negative Draft or enter any other context to exit geometric analysis.
