Remote Desktops Enhancements

Improved the performance for 4k screens.
Performance is improved when working with large models.
Remote Desktops are now more stable and resilient when working with large models and for long hours.
Fixed keyboard issues reported by customers.
Improved the Remote Desktops prerequisites, installation, and configuration topics in the Administrators Guide.

File Management Enhancements

Access Web allows you to share a copy of the files or folders with other users.
Administrators can limit file download size to ensure users do not download large downloads impacting other users.

Security Updates

Third-Party Library updates for security vulnerability fixes.
Introduced caching support to policy storage engine of AMS for faster response time when Access is deployed against a large user base.
Restrict the users to access the files only from registered root directories during PAS server registration.

Container Jobs

Submit container jobs without rebuilding the container with Access client modules.

Access AI

Access Web AI uses machine learning models to predict wall time and memory during job submission. The soft wall time predicted during job submission is used to improve scheduler’s performance.

Jupyter Notebooks Integration

Access Web provides a client SDK which is a python package. Install the client package and use it with Jupyter notebook code to perform computation on HPC.
